Biohazard Materials Policy

To ensure the health and safety of our staff and maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, Serene Laundry Care does not accept laundry containing bio-hazardous or hazardous materials.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Human or animal feces

• Urine in excessive amounts

• Vomit

• Blood or bodily fluids

• Needles or other sharp objects

• Mold-contaminated items

• Items infested with insects, bed bugs, lice, fleas, or other pests

• Clothing or linens contaminated with hazardous chemicals, oils, or other unsafe substances

• Customers are responsible for inspecting all laundry before placing it in their laundry bag. If an item or order is found to contain prohibited materials, Serene Laundry Care reserves the right to immediately discontinue processing, refuse service, and return the items without completion. Due to the time, labor, and resources committed to processing orders, services affected by a violation of this policy are non-refundable.
