How do I schedule my laundry service?

Scheduling is simple. Contact Serene Laundry Care through our website to request service, provide your preferences, and choose an available pickup and delivery option.
What items do you accept and what items are not accepted?

We accept everyday household laundry, clothing, towels, and linens. For the safety of our team and customers, we do not accept items contaminated with biohazard materials, including blood, bodily fluids, feces, urine, vomit, mold, hazardous chemicals, needles/sharps, or pest-infested items. Items that do not meet our safety guidelines may be refused, and additional fees or termination of services may apply.
When am I charged?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your scheduled service appointment. Your laundry will be picked up and carefully processed according to your selected service preferences. Once your order has been completed, the remaining balance will be charged before your clean laundry is prepared for delivery. Your completed laundry will be returned once the final payment has been processed.
